Ms. Delin Sardar Al-Nouri, a lecturer at the University of Zakho, participated in the 29th international conference held by the International Universities Association and Cihan University in Erbil from the period 11 to 19 November 2020 under the title "Digital Education between Need and Necessity".

The participation consisted of presenting a research paper under the title "The reality of e-learning in Iraq in light of the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus," in addition to be selected as one of the members of the conference's organizing committees.

It is noteworthy that the conference was held remotely via the Zoom platform under the patronage of the Iraqi Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Prof. Dr. Nabil Abdul-Sahib and the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Kurdistan, Dr. Aram Muhammad Qadir
