Dr. Ali S. Hamdan, Lecturer at the University of Zakho, participated in the works of the Second Erbil Forum as a spokesperson that was conducted from February 28 to March 2, 2023.

The Second Forum included many workshops, including a workshop on “Religious Freedom in Iraq and Kurdistan” in cooperation with the American Religious Freedom Organization, the Seed Organization, and the Rudaw Center.
