The Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs at the University of Zakho, Asst. Prof. Dr. Diyar A. Saeed, Participated in an administrative meeting held by Koya University on October 23, 2023.

According to the memorandum of understanding signed between seven universities in the Kurdistan Region, namely: Koya, Zakho, Soran, Halabja, Charmo, Raparin, and Garmiyan, in the presence of Dr. Aram M. Qadir, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research on February 6, 2023. The second meeting was held in the presence of the aforementioned universities' Vice Presidents for Administrative and Financial Affairs.ِ

It is worth mentioning that the purpose of the signed memorandum was to strengthen academic relationships between universities in the field of staff and student exchange, scientific activities, organization of scientific conferences, and many other significant factors.
