President Prof. Nadhim S. Jakhsi warmly welcomed the Head of the Public Affairs Section of the US Consulate in Erbil, Mr. Doug Morrow, accompanied by a delegation, on April 23, 2024.

In the presence of the Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Dr. Muhammad H. Khamo; the Vice President for Student Affairs, Dr. Ramadhan J. Mustafa; the Director of International Relations Affairs, Dr. Nizar I. Ali; the Administrative Director, Ms. Vaman M. Haji; and the Director of CDC, Mr. Lawend I. Muhammad, several discussions centered on the educational processes and perspectives of the university, with plans underway for the implementation at the University of Florida in the United States, were covered.

 

Following the meeting, Mr. Doug Morrow met with a group of students at the CDC to discuss the process of applying to study programs in the United States and navigating employment opportunities thereafter.
