A Delegation from the Komata Center Paid a Visit to the University of Zakho

The Head of the Komata Center for documenting the history of revolution, Mr. Rizgar Kestayi, paid a visit to the University of Zakho and he was sincerely received in audience by Dr. Hogir T. Tawfiq, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, and Dr. Abdulsalam N. Abdullah, Director of Zakho Center for Kurdish Studies, in addition to certain academic staff of Scientific Board at the University of Zakho on Wednesday, October 26, 2022.

During the meeting, the Komata Center and Zakho Center for Kurdish Studies initiated debates about joint work mechanisms and cooperation enhancement between the two parties. Furthermore, both centers signed a protocol of understanding aimed at conducting a significant joint project.

Amidst the visit, the Komata Center Delegation also met with Dr. Diyar A. Said, Vice President for Administration and Financial Affairs, and Dr. Sherzad Z. Mohammad, Dean of the Faculty of Education.
