The lecturers of the department of Kurdish language presented three lectures at the conference

A delegation from the Department of Kurdish Language, University of Zakho participated in the conference that was organised by the Mesopotamia Association on the Standardisation of the Kurdish Language, on 1-3/5/2017, in the city of Amad.
The delegation included: Assist. Prof. Dr. Lazgin Abdi Jamil, the President of the University of Zakho, Prof. Dr. Abdul-Wahab Khaled Mosa, Vice President for Student Affairs and lecturer in the Department of Kurdish Language and Assist. Prof. Dr. Hussein Osman Abdul-Rahman, the head of the department Kurdish Language.
It is worth mentioning that, the delegation of the University of Zakho presented three lectures in the conference:
The first lecture was presented by the Prof. Dr. Abdel-Wahab Khaled Mousa, entitled "Status and Problems of the Classical Kurdish Language in Southern Kurdistan".
The second lecture was presented by the Assist. Prof. Dr. Hussein Osman Abdul-Rahman, entitled "the Issues of the Kurdish alphabet at the educational level in the primary and intermediate stages in southern Kurdistan".
The third lecture was presented by Prof. Dr. Abdul-Wahab Khalid Mosa, entitled "Standardisation of the classical Kurdish language in southern Kurdistan on the basis of sound, alphabet, grammar, lexicon and terminology."
