On Thursday, April 11, 2019, in the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Lazgin A. Jameel-President of the University of Zakho, vices of the president, and deans of the faculties and colleges, an official meeting was conducted at the presidency building for the purpose of giving thanks and exchanging positions.
In the beginning, the president of the university delivered a speech. In his speech, he thanked Professor Dr. Abdulwahab Kh. Mousa-Vice President of the University for Students Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Abdul-Hameed Suliaman- Vice President of the University for Administration and Financial Affairs, and Assistant Professor Dr. Diyar A. Saed-Dean of the Faculty of Humanities. Then he spoke widely about the services and duties they have done to the university in developing the process of education then praised their role in the previous years. After that, he congratulated Assistant Professor Dr. Diyar A. Saed-the new Vice President of the University for Administration and Financial Affairs, Dr. Karwan F. Sami-the new Vice President of the University for Students Affairs, and Professor Dr. Hogir T. Tawfiq-the new Dean of the Faculty of Humanities, for their new positions and he wished them future success.
