The University of Zakho is pleased to announce that all of the accepted papers of the International Conference on Advanced Science and Engineering (ICOASE 2019) which were submitted to the IEEE have been published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Hence, the ICOASE Committee is pleased to congratulate the participated scholars, researchers, and staff of the university for this achievement.
It is worth mentioning that ICOASE 2019 was organized by the University of Zakho and Duhok Polytechnic University on 2-4th April 2019.
