On Tuesday, November 12, 2019, Council of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the presence of Dr. Aram M. Qadir-Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and presidents of Kurdistan universities conducted an official meeting in which they decided to provide special seats for martyrs' families who wish to study Master and Ph.D., in a condition that they have the required qualifications.
