The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the Kurdistan Region announced that it had begun to receive applications for universities and institutes of the region for the academic year (2018-2019) and that it has decided to secure 16 thousand seats for graduates of the 12th grade who were not accepted in any colleges, however, after receiving (5200) complaints, there are still 11 thousand vacant seats.
Therefore, the ministry seeks to draw up decisions and issue instructions for the public interest and students in particular.
