The fifth event of the cultural week was held in the presence of the President, Prof. Nadhim S. Jakhsi, on March 31, 2024. Featuring a seminar delivered by the lecturer of the Department of History at the College of Humanities, Dr. Hoger T. Tawfiq. During the event, he discussed several important issues concerning regional conditions, drawing parallels with historical events. He also emphasized the importance of Kurdish families reconnecting with their past and learning from their experiences, because this history has been repeated with neighboring countries over the past century.
