On Monday, May 17, a group of professors from the University of Zakho participated in the work of the first international conference for education (ICET), which was held by the American Stirling Schools Foundation and the University of Cambridge, in cooperation with a number of Iraqi and international universities in Erbil Governorate.

The activities of the conference were held in the presence of the Minister of Education, the Governor of Erbil Governorate, the British Consul in Kurdistan and many presidents of Iraqi and Kurdistan universities.

It’s worth mentioning that the university delegation consisted of Dr. Diyar Abdul Karim, Vice President for Administration and Financial Affairs, Dr. Sherzad Z. Muhammad, Dean of the Faculty of Education, and Dr. Ranj M. Nuri, Dean of the College of Administration and Economics.
