The University of Zakho Participated in the Research Education and Science Conference ICRES in Izmir/ Turkey.
Dr. Ahmad H. Ibrahim, Director of the International Relations Office at the University of Zakho, participated in ICRES 2017 Conference on Research Education and Science in Izmir Turkey from May 18th to 21st May 2107.
Dr. Ahmad participated as a Chairman in one of the Session, and he submitting two research papers in the conference. Also, Dr. Ahmad participated in the STEM workshop. STEM is a curriculum based on the idea of educating students in four specific disciplines such as science, technology, engineering and mathematics — in an interdisciplinary and applied approach. STEM integrates them into a cohesive learning paradigm based on real-world applications. These new teaching methods by adding problem-solving and Education Engineering one of the interesting topics was given in the workshop and, how to make our students able to build brain outside the brain.
This Conference was supported by IOWA State University; Eastern Virginia Medical School EVMS and the ISRES - International Society for Research in Education and Science at the United States of America (USA).
It is worth mentioning that, Dr. Ahmad awarded three certificates at the conference for presenting his papers. During the conference, Dr. Ahmad H. Ibrahim met many delegates from different countries such Turkey, USA, Europe, Australia, Malaysia, South Africa, Lebanon, Kazakhstan, Iraq, Algeria, Sudan, Jordan, Palestine and Yemen.
