Media Directorate of the Ministry of higher education and scientific research:
On Tuesday 6th of June, 2017, under the supervision of the Dr. Yusuf Goran, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and in the presence of the member of the Council of Ministry, the expanded meeting of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research held in the hall of the Ministry's office.
At the beginning of the meeting Dr. Yusuf Goran, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research give a speech about financial conditions of the Kurdistan Region.
It is worth mentioning that, at the meeting, they talk about several issues that related with the postgraduate study and took several important decisions, including determining the degree of (70) of the intermediate level of the (Kurdish, English and Arabic) language to accept in the sections of the law.
