Mr. Abbas Akram, Spokesman for the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, said that there are some social pages and accounts on the social media sites that conveyed fake news which is far away from being true. The false pages indicated that the English language is not required to study master and PhD but the Ministry denies this news.
