On Monday, February 26, 2018, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Yousef Goran held a meeting with the presence of the President of the University of Zakho, Assistant Professor Dr. Lazgin A. Jameel, Advisor to the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Amanj Saed, and President of Charmo University Dr. Selah Reza.

During the meeting, Dr. Yousef Goran called on the universities of the region to apply the Bologna Process system, which is being applied in a number of developed countries, stressing that the application of the system will contribute to solve many problems in universities.
