On Tuesday, February 5, 2019, under the supervision of Dr. Yousif Goran-Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and in the presence of councils and general directors of the ministry, a meeting was held to discuss the plan of the admission of students in to universities and institutes of Kurdistan region for the academic year (2018-2019).
